Who we are

ScopeMantle ("we", "us") operates this marketing site at scopemantle.com. The legal entity is ScopeMantle, Inc., registered in [State], United States. This policy covers data collected by the marketing site only, the ScopeMantle product itself is governed by your customer agreement and DPA.

What we collect

On this marketing site we collect the minimum necessary to operate the site and respond to inquiries:

  • Form submissions, when you book a demo or contact us, we collect the fields you provide (name, work email, company, role, message).
  • Server logs — IP address, user agent, referrer, and request paths, kept for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
  • Cookies, see our Cookies Policy for the specifics.

What we don't collect

  • We do not run third-party advertising or retargeting pixels.
  • We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, ever.
  • We do not run analytics on /individual without explicit consent.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CPRA, and similar), you may request:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data
  • A portable copy of your data
  • Restriction of, or objection to, processing
  • Withdrawal of any consent you previously gave

Data sharing

We share data with vetted service providers (sub-processors) under written data processing terms. The current list is published at /legal/sub-processors. We do not share personal data with anyone for their own marketing.

International transfers

ScopeMantle is headquartered in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and Swiss-equivalent mechanisms. EU-based customers may opt for EU-only hosting under their MSA.

Retention

  • Demo and contact submissions: 24 months from last contact.
  • Server logs: 30 days.
  • Cookie data: see Cookies Policy.
  • Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices): 7 years.
