What counts as an "employee" for billing?

Active human accounts in your primary identity source. Okta, Google Workspace, or Entra. Service accounts, bots, deactivated users, and external collaborators are excluded. We snapshot once per month on the first business day; mid-month additions don't change your bill until the next cycle.

No. Every integration on the directory is included in the tier it ships with. Team includes Okta and Google Workspace. Business and Enterprise include every GA and Beta integration on the directory, with new ones rolled in automatically as they reach GA.

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day pilot of the Business tier on a paid letter of intent that converts to a full annual contract on success. We don't run unmetered free trials, the platform reads sensitive data, and we want both sides to commit to a real evaluation.

How does procurement work?

We ship a standard MSA, DPA, and Order Form pre-countersigned by our counsel. Most customers close in under 14 days. We support security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ), redlines on legal, and Vendor Risk Management reviews. Our Trust Center has SOC 2, sub-processors, and pen-test summaries.

Do you support multi-year contracts?

Yes. 2-year contracts get an additional 5% off the annual rate; 3-year contracts get 10% off. Multi-year terms also lock in your per-employee rate against future list-price changes.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Annual contracts are non-cancellable mid-term. At renewal, you can give 30 days written notice to non-renew. We provide a full data export (inventory, policies, event archive) within 14 days of contract end at no additional cost.

Are there volume discounts above 10,000 employees?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Above 10,000 employees the per-seat rate steps down on a published schedule, and at 25,000+ we move to a custom Enterprise quote that typically lands well below the list price. Talk to sales for a written quote.

Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits and accredited primary/secondary schools get 30% off list. US public-sector pricing is available on GSA Schedule (in progress); EU public-sector via standard framework agreements. Contact sales with verifying documentation.
